From the flash-off vessel of the cooker, crystal clear syrup falls on the stainless steel tempering belt, where it gently cools down to reach the proper temperature for pulling.
Along the tempering belt flavours and colours can be automatically metered and folded into the sugar ribbon before it reaches the pulling stage.
An automatic batching unit turns the continuous ribbon into batches or preset size, that are then pulled and automatically fed into the batch roller for final die forming.
The whole process is fully automatic. All parameters are electronically controlled and no human intervention is required.
Throughput may vary from 300 to 900 kg/hour .
