Automatic control of the level inside the buffer enables quick reaction to downstream throughput variations as well as consistent feeding of cookers having different capacities.

The PHE based dissolving unit PC.2000 ensures perfect dissolving of the slurry and provides crystal clear syrup to the cooking process.
Inside the dissolving unit, also referred to as pre-cooking unit, slurry is brought at 110°C (230°F) and continuously pumped to the downstream cookers.
Automatic control of the level inside the buffer enables quick reaction to downstream throughput variations as well as consistent feeding of cookers having different capacities.
